Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

If you are a business using Grahak

• Delete individual contacts and their chat history from Contacts → 🗑.
• Disconnect Google from Google reviews → Disconnect, and remove WhatsApp credentials in Settings → WhatsApp.
• To delete your whole account and all its data, email support@grahak.me from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my Grahak account". We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you messaged a business that uses Grahak

• Reply STOP to that business on WhatsApp to stop marketing messages.
• To delete your messages and phone number, contact that business directly, or email support@grahak.me with your phone number and the business name. We will verify the request and delete the data within 30 days.

If you connected Google

Remove Grahak's access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored Google tokens are deleted when you click Disconnect in Grahak.
